Anahita Bali is looking for a proactive and organized HR Coordinator to manage all human resource functions during the pre-opening and operational phases of this high-end hospitality property under the Elevated by Danapati brand. As the go-to person for recruitment, employee relations, and compliance, you will play a critical role in shaping the hotel’s culture and workforce. Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of hotel staff, building a strong pre-opening team.
• Manage payroll, employee relations, and compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure a professional and engaging work environment.
• Support department heads in talent development, performance management, and team-building initiatives.
• Maintain HRIS systems and ensure accurate employee records.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing workplace culture.

What We’re Looking For :

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR role within the hospitality industry.
• Familiar with Indonesian labor laws, payroll processing, and HRIS systems.
• Experience in handling hotel pre-opening recruitment is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple HR functions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a people-centric approach.
• Fluent in English (Bahasa Indonesia proficiency required).
• Placement: Canggu, Bali.
