Join Anahita Canggu’s Pre-Opening Team as an Engineering Supervisor

Danapati Hospitality is looking for a dedicated and experienced Engineering Supervisor to join the pre-opening team at Anahita Canggu, Bali. This role is perfect for a hands-on technical professional who thrives in hotel engineering and maintenance operations. As an Engineering Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of all hotel facilities and equipment, maintaining high safety standards, and supporting the pre-opening phase of this premier property under the Elevated by Danapati brand.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and ensure proper maintenance of all hotel facilities and equipment.
• Coordinate and supervise engineering staff to maintain property standards.
• Monitor and manage preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective, hands-on solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to support pre-opening preparations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report to management.

What We’re Looking For :

• Education : Vocational High School (SMK) in Electrical Engineering or Diploma (D3) in Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Pre-opening hotel experience is preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge in building maintenance, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), and hotel operations.
• Fluent in English (both written & spoken).
• Creative thinker and problem solver with a proactive mindset.
• Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Placement : Canggu, Bali.
