Danapati Hospitality is looking for a creative and highly skilled Social Media Content Specialist to craft engaging and visually appealing content for our hospitality brands. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about storytelling, digital trends, and audience engagement.

As part of Danapati’s marketing team, you will be responsible for creating compelling content that strengthens our brand identity, increases social media engagement, and drives direct bookings for our hotel properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media content strategies that align with brand goals.
  • Create high-quality, engaging content (photos, videos, reels, and stories) for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Work closely with videographers and designers to produce visually appealing and brand-aligned content.
  • Research and implement the latest trends, hashtags, and engagement techniques to optimize performance.
  • Write captivating captions and storytelling-driven posts that connect with audiences.
  • Schedule and manage content posting using social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, etc.).
  • Track and analyze content performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster an active online community.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in social media content creation, digital marketing, or hospitality marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and engagement strategies.
  • Proficiency in photo and video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar).
  • Excellent copywriting skills, with the ability to create engaging and brand-aligned captions.
  • Experience working with social media analytics and performance tracking tools.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).
  • Placement: Bali, Indonesia.
