F&B Sales Executive

The Nest Hotel Nusa Dua is looking for a results-driven F&B Sales Executive to expand our market reach and elevate our dining experiences.
What You’ll Do
Business Development & Client Acquisition- Identify and develop new business opportunities, targeting corporate clients, event planners, travel agents, wedding organizers, and dining guests.
- Build strong relationships with local corporate offices, embassies, event organizers, and premium travel agencies to drive group bookings and private events.
- Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, and site visits to promote our F&B services
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute sales strategies, promotions, and partnerships to increase F&B revenue.
- Work closely with the F&B team and marketing to create compelling offers and seasonal promotions.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing structures, and commissions with clients while ensuring profitability.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis
- Stay updated on F&B trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings to create innovative sales strategies.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, guest feedback, and booking trends to optimize results
Cross-Selling & Upselling
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to cross-sell hotel services, including event spaces, private dining, and room packages.
- Identify upselling opportunities for guests, enhancing their experience while maximizing revenue.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum two years of experience in F&B sales, preferably in a 4-5 star hotel, upscale restaurant, or hospitality brand.
- Strong network and existing connections with corporate clients, event organizers, and travel agencies.
- Deep understanding of the food & beverage industry, including current trends, pricing strategies, and customer preferences.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets with a strong track record in revenue generation.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to influence decision-makers.
- Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills, able to handle objections and close deals effectively.
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven, with a passion for sales and hospitality.
- Ability to drive a manual car for client visits and market outreach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software (experience with Monday.com or Mekari Contact is a plus).
- Fluent in English (Mandarin or other languages are an advantage).
