Key Responsibilities :
- Manage inventory and ensure timely procurement of supplies.
- Coordinate deliveries and distribution within the property.
- Maintain accurate stock records and reports.
- Work with vendors to ensure quality and timely supply.
- Support cost efficiency in purchasing and logistics operations.
What We’re Looking For :
- Receive, store, and distribute hotel supplies and inventory.
- Monitor and update stock levels regularly.
- Implement inventory control systems (FIFO/LIFO).
- Coordinate with suppliers for deliveries and procurement.
- Fluent in English (Bahasa Indonesia proficiency preferred).
- Able to work as a team Able to join immediately
- Placement: Nusa Dua, Bali.
