Key Responsibilities: 

• Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out processes.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
• Manage reservations and update the booking system.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere at the reception area.

What We’re Looking For: 

• Having experience in the same position
• Fluent in English both speak and written skills
• Familiar with Property Management System (Realta Rhapsody will be an advantage)
• Good attitude and Personality Excellent communication skills
• Able to work as a team Able to join immediately
• Placement: Nusa Dua, Bali.
