Key Responsibilities: 

• Oversee daily maintenance and engineering operations.
• Supervise and guide the engineering team.
• Ensure safety standards and preventive maintenance schedules are followed.
• Respond to urgent repair needs and troubleshoot issues.
• Monitor utility consumption and optimize energy efficiency.

What We’re Looking For: 

• Having minimum 1 year of experience in the same field.
• Strong technical knowledge in electricity, plumbing, air conditioning (HVAC), mechanical systems, and general building maintenance.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to create and implement preventive maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Familiar with budgeting, spare parts inventory control, and energy saving initiatives.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to join immediately
• Placement: Nusa Dua, Bali.
