Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full spectrum of financial functions, including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow.
- Oversee tax compliance, internal audits, and financial reporting to Danapati Management.
- Develop and maintain rigorous internal control systems for the pre-opening phase.
- Coordinate with department heads to manage annual budgets and CAPEX.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as Chief Accountant or Asst. Financial Controller.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and hospitality accounting software.
- Leadership skills to mentor the accounting staff and ensure 100% accuracy.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of integrity.
- Placement: Bali
