Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the recruitment process, from sourcing talent to onboarding the opening team.
• Manage employee records, payroll administration, and BPJS (Ketenagakerjaan & Kesehatan).
• Ensure all HR operations comply with Indonesian Labor Laws.
• Organize staff training programs and foster a positive company culture under the Danapati brand.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a supervisory role within a hotel.
• Solid understanding of labor regulations and payroll systems.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle employee relations with empathy.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Placement: Bali
