Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily room reservations and ensure all bookings are processed accurately.
• Maintain and update property information, rates, and allotments across all OTA platforms.
• Optimize online visibility and monitor website performance to drive direct bookings.
• Analyze booking trends and provide reports to the Sales Manager and Management.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Reservations or E-Commerce.
• Familiar with Channel Managers (e.g., SiteMinder) and Extranet platforms.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on revenue optimization.
• Great attention to detail and fast response times.
• Placement: Bali
