Key Responsibilities:

• Assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure.
• Provide concierge services, including arranging transportation, tours, and restaurant reservations.
• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby and entrance area.
• Deliver messages, packages, and amenities to guest rooms promptly.

What We’re Looking For:

• Friendly, energetic, and helpful personality.
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy luggage.
• Basic English communication skills to interact with international guests.
• Valid driving license (SIM A) is often preferred for valet or shuttle assistance.
• Placement: Bali
