Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily maintenance and engineering operations for the entire property.
• Supervise and guide the engineering team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
• Create and implement Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules to protect hotel assets.
• Respond to urgent repair needs and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Monitor utility consumption (water and electricity) and drive energy-saving initiatives.
• Manage spare parts inventory, vendor relations, and departmental budgeting.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the same field or as a Senior Engineer.
• Strong technical knowledge in electricity, plumbing, HVAC (Air Conditioning), mechanical systems, and general building maintenance.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a "safety-first" mindset.
• Familiar with safety regulations, fire protection systems, and energy efficiency.
• Good communication and leadership skills to mentor junior staff.
• Placement: Bali
