Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven SEO Specialist to optimize and enhance the online presence of Danapati Hospitality’s websites, including Danapati, The Nest Hotel, and Agranusa. The ideal candidate will develop and execute SEO strategies, improve organic traffic, and ensure high search engine rankings across our properties.

This role requires technical expertise, content optimization skills, and a deep understanding of search engine algorithms to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities :


SEO Strategy Development

  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies for Danapati, The Nest Hotel, and Agranusa websites.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and performance benchmarking to identify opportunities.
On-Page Optimization
  • Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and images for target keywords.
  • Ensure websites meet technical SEO standards, including site speed, mobile-friendliness, and clean HTML structures.
  • Collaborate with the content team to produce SEO-optimized blogs, landing pages, and website copy.
Technical SEO
  • Conduct site audits to identify and resolve issues like broken links, crawl errors, duplicate content, and XML sitemap improvements.
  • Work with the development team to optimize website architecture, URL structures, and internal linking strategies.
Off-Page Optimization
  • Develop link-building strategies to increase domain authority and drive organic growth.
  • Outreach to relevant partners, directories, and publications for backlink opportunities.
Content Strategy & Creation
  • Collaborate with the team to plan and produce engaging, SEO-friendly content that aligns with business goals and audience intent.
  • Optimize existing content to improve rankings and user experience.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
  • Prepare monthly reports outlining SEO performance metrics, KPIs, organic traffic growth, and actionable insights.
  • Identify trends and continuously adjust strategies to achieve SEO goals.
Local SEO (for Hotel Properties)
  • Optimize local search presence for The Nest Hotel and Agranusa Villas to drive bookings, reviews, and visibility on platforms like Google My Business.
  • Improve visibility for local search queries such as “luxury villas in Nusa Dua” or “hotels in Uluwatu.”
Qualifications & Skills
Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in SEO, preferably in hospitality, travel, or related industries.
  • Proven success in increasing website traffic and search engine rankings.
Technical Skills
  • Expertise in SEO tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Wix) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
  • Understanding of technical SEO aspects like site structure, canonical tags, schema markup, and robots.txt.
Soft Skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with content, design, and web development teams.
  • Strong project management and time management skills to oversee multiple websites and tasks simultaneously.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with local SEO optimization for hotels, resorts, or travel-related businesses.
  • Background in hospitality marketing or e-commerce platforms.
  • Knowledge of PPC (Google Ads) to align organic and paid strategies.
